The fellowship is divided into three key phases to ensure a balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and practical skills:
Phase 1: Online Theory Sessions (9 Months)
- Engage in self-paced learning with theory modules released gradually.
- Online Classes: Held every Thursday for about an hour.
- Extra Classes: Conducted on Monday/Friday for about an hour between 4.00 PM to 6.00 PM IST.

Phase 2: Hands-on Simulation Training (Offline)
- Duration: 5 days
- Location: Medline Academics Simulation Lab in Bangalore.
Phase 3: Clinical Attachment (Offline)
- Duration: 15 to 30 days or 120 hours.
- Location: Partner ART clinics associated with Medline Academics / Dr. Kamini Rao Hospitals.
- Flexibility:
- Opt for flexible time slots (8–12 hours/day) if you cannot stay in Bangalore for the entire duration.
- Choose to complete your clinical attachment at an ART clinic near your location.
- Assessments and Certification
- Mid-Term Exam: Conducted during the course to evaluate your progress after completion of online assignments and 21 weekly live classes.
- Final Exam: Includes both written and practical components after the completion of Simulation training and Clinical Attachment.
- Evaluation Criteria:
- Performance in the final and mid-term exams.
- Completion of all theory modules.
- Attendance in weekly online classes, hands-on ivf training, and clinical attachments.
Upon successful completion, you will be honoured with a personal convocation ceremony hosted by SSAHE and Medline Academics. Certificates will be awarded by Padma Shri Dr. Kamini A. Rao, Co-founder Chairperson, and the Founder Chairperson.

- MBBS Completion Certificate.
- Post-Graduation (OBG) Completion Certificate.
